Head of Junior Campus - Justine Scott
Justine Scott joined Dilworth in 2024 as Head of Junior Campus. Before joining Dilworth, she had a record of high achievement, having previously served as Principal of Sunnyhills School, where she championed structured literacy and led the school to become New Zealand’s first Google Reference Primary School during her eight-year tenure.
Since joining Dilworth, Justine has focused on two key pillars: academic excellence and family connection. As the first female Head of the Junior Campus, she is deeply committed to bridging the gap between school and home. Justine actively cultivates strong relationships with parents, viewing them as essential partners in their sons' success.
“Being the first female Head of the Junior Campus is significant to me," Justine explains. "It allows me to focus on the whole family unit. I value close communication with parents, ensuring they feel connected to their son’s education and know that we are working in partnership to support his growth."
Justine believes this support system, combined with Dilworth’s specialist curriculum and small class sizes, provides the perfect foundation. "I get to focus on why I came into education—to make a difference. We are creating an environment where these students have every opportunity to grow into extraordinary young men."
