Sport

All students take part in sport and physical education at the Junior Campus in their chosen summer and winter sports.

We cater for all abilities and students can choose to participate or compete.
Participation in sport adds real value to students’ holistic wellbeing, helping them to develop life

We offer the following sports:

  • Swimming
  • Cricket
  • Football
  • Hockey
  • Rugby
  • Touch Rugby
  • Softball
  • Tennis

Parent and family support at sports events and weekly fixtures is warmly welcomed and encouraged.

Cultural Activities

The performing arts are at the joyful, soulful and creative heart of life at Dilworth Junior Campus.

Most boys learn a musical instrument and are supported in their lessons by itinerant music teachers.

There are many, varied groups students can join including:

  • Junior Campus Choir
  • Kapa Haka and Pasifika Dance Group
  • Orchestra, Recorders, Pipes and Jazz Bands
  • Marimba and Ukulele Groups
  • School production (every two years).

Throughout the year there are many opportunities for parents and caregivers to see students performing including the house music and dance competitions, and the Founders' Day, Anzac Day and carol services.
