Two new Trustees to join Dilworth Trust Board
The Dilworth Trust Board is delighted to announce the appointment of two new Trustees.
This month Jonathan Mason joins the board, while in August, Frances Valintine will join when current trustee Hugh Fletcher steps down.
Jonathan Mason is a highly experienced director and governance expert. His other roles include independent directorships at Vector, Zespri, Westpac and Air New Zealand. During his executive career, Mr Mason was a CFO for companies including Fonterra and Carter Holt Harvey.
Mr Mason is also an adjunct Professor of Management at the University of Auckland, and helps to recruit New Zealand students to attend Yale University in the United States.
Frances Valintine (CNZM) is a leader and future thinker in the sphere of education, technology and professional development. Ms Valintine is the founder of The Mind Lab and Tech Futures Lab. She also serves as a director on a number of boards including Callaghan Innovation.
